What You'll Do
- →The following are the duties of this position at the full working level.
- →If this vacancy includes more than one grade and you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform these duties and receive training to help you grow in this position.
- →Independently leads the assessment of overall objectives and goals of projects and programs within assigned areas.
- →Communicates goals and objectives to executives and management to determine potential impacts on Taxpayer Services operations.
- →Findings and recommendations are considered technically authoritative and normally accepted without significant revision.
- →Plans, coordinates, and establishes operating methods and procedures to accomplish project objectives.
- →Directs, as needed, the development and implementation of employee training related to these efforts.
- →Reviews and integrates training initiatives across offices, branches, and sections in a cross- functional manner within Taxpayer Services and other BODs.
- →Conducts extensive analyses of complex project and program data, requirements, and operational impacts; identifies systemic issues and improvement opportunities; and formulates corrective actions to mitigate risk and enhance effectiveness.
- →Strategically allocates project resources to achieve objectives and recommends resource realignment to address emerging priorities.

Requirements
- ✓Probationary Period - A person who is required to go through a probationary period and then is transferred, promoted, demoted, or reassigned before he or she completes such period is required to complete the remainder of the probationary period in the new position.

- ✓FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements.
- ✓You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program.
