You will serve as a Supervisory Training Specialist that serves as Deputy Director of Operations for Warfighting Development, Exercise and Assessments at Navy Expeditionary Warfighting Development Center (NEXWDC) and Echelon IV command of NAVY EXPEDITIONARY WARFIGHTING DEV CTR.
What You'll Do
- →You will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for synchronization of NECF Force Generation (Fg) and Force Development (Fd) program execution.
- →You will have direct involvement with NECC commands at the end of the basic phase of the OFRTP to ensure a successful transition to the advanced/integrated training phase.
- →You will direct training and exercise program for NECC subordinate units in order to ensure these units deploy with up-to-date knowledge of current world state.
- →You will develop, coordinate and maintain staff training instructions, policies and other measurement tools.
- →You will perform quantitative analysis to determine current and projected wartime readiness of Command-and- Control Staffs and provides recommendations for improvement.
- →You will develop and conduct remedial training of staffs as required.
- →You will serve as the principal assistant to the NEXWDC Director of Operations for Warfighting Development, Exercise and Assessment.
- →You will supervise and coordinate the activities of the Warfighting Development, Exercise and Assessment department.
- →You will exercise full range of supervisory and personnel management authorities and responsibilities in directing a sizable operation through subordinate supervisors.
- →You will assign specific projects and established deadlines for completion.
- →You will conduct progress reviews and provide input to the NEXWDC Executive Director for mid-year counseling, annual evaluations, and award recommendations for civilian personnel.
