What you'll do: - Own full cycle recruiting for OneImaging's high volume care navigation and support functions - Influence and deliver quality assessment and high touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel - Partner with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, conduct intake meetings, and determine target profiles to set and drive sourcing strategies - Schedule calls, video interviews, and interview debriefs across time zones in a fast-paced environment - Build high-trust relationships with recruiters and interviewers and maintain timely communication - Document, implement, and protect recruiting processes while seeking opportunities for
