About the Role
NIST is seeking a Lithography Materials Characterization Engineer able to apply resonant soft X-ray scattering and reflectivity to investigate nanoscale chemical and photochemical changes in novel extreme ultraviolet photoresists for next-generation lithography. This notice is issued under direct-hire authority to recruit new talent to occupations for which NIST has a severe shortage of candidates.
What You'll Do
- →Some major duties of the Lithography Materials Characterization Engineer include: Measuring nanoscale chemical and photochemical changes, such as PAG diffusion The preparation of model samples involving contact holes Submitting proposals for beamtime at user facilities Supporting data pipelines and code bases to analyze scattering data
Requirements
