About the Role
This position is located within the Washington Headquarters Office (WHS), Facilities Services Directorate (FSD), Assistant Director of Mission Support (AD/MS), Directorate Management Division (DMD). Employee performs independent analysis and evaluation of the effect of required resources on essential FSD programs.
What You'll Do
- →Typical work assignments may include the following: Research complex activities, devises new methods, and recommends strategies to improve the Directorates programs.
- →Utilizes the latest management techniques and principles to conduct studies and analyses of human resources issues, including data collection and analysis, workforce planning, employment engagement studies, and performance management in the Directorate.
- →Provides management assistance in the accomplishment of special projects relating to human resources management, such as data collection and analysis, workforce planning, employment engagement studies, and performance management.
- →Performs organizational studies for branches and/or divisions within the Directorate in terms of consolidations of similar functions, workforce reductions, maximizing resources, and overall improvement of organizational structuring.
- →Gathers performance data for all programs and divisions, focusing on key indicators like cost, timeliness, service quality, and customer satisfaction with accepted management analysis practices and standards.
- →Monitors actions to ensure adherence with management objectives, and/or administrative laws, regulations, and FSD policies.
- →Reviews all new or revised policies and regulations that affect the Directorate's existing programs.
