As an integral member of the Quality Systems team, the Systems Redesign Program Analyst works to improve effectiveness and efficiency of work processes throughout the healthcare system in order to facilitate attainment of organizational goals using Lean-Six Sigma process improvement methodologies at the Black Belt Level.
What You'll Do
- →Primary Duties include but are not limited to: Applies Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) Lean-Six Sigma methodology when completing improvement project with Black, Green and Yellow Belt improvement Teams.
- →Utilizes recognized Lean-Six Sigma improvement tools at the Black, Green, and Yellow Belt project level to craft improved and sustainable processes and outcomes.
- →Uses DMAIC project tollgates and/or A3 method to document project current state, performance parameters, and measurable outcomes.
- →Teaches new and seasoned improvement practitioners how and when to correctly use Lean Six Sigma tools through the improvement project cycle.
- →Organizes and identifies improvement team's training needs to enhance their performance and project outcomes.
- →Provides mentoring throughout each phase of the improvement project cycle to ensure the team is maximizing time spend on the project and project performance.
- →Effectively communicates project team members' roles, responsibilities, and project expectations including deadlines and team updates for key stakeholders.
- →Effectively communicates project status and outcomes to stakeholders, process owners, and project champion.
- →Guides improvement team as they prepare project presentations for key stakeholders and leadership.
