What You'll Do
- →The primary purpose of this position is: as an Air Reserve Technician (ART) to serve as the subject matter expert for the Services (3M) career field within the Force Support Squadron.
- →As an Air Reserve Technician, manages all Services Prime Readiness in Base Services (Prime RIBS) activities, advises on and provides guidance to local leadership.
- →Accomplishes a variety of tasks that result in Services' Unit Type Code (UTC) ability to perform its wartime mission.
- →Ensures reservists are properly trained and equipped to provide wartime combat and peacetime Services support.
- →Provides training to reserve personnel in the accomplishment of tasks set forth herein.
- →Plans, organizes, and manages the day-to-do activities of the Services function.
- →Manages the combat readiness of the Sustainment Services Flight.
- →Analyzes the combat capability of the flight through intensive evaluation of training, equipment status, manning, and flight supervision.
- →Principle advisor to Senior Leadership on all Services Readiness issues.
- →Acts as Flight Resource Advisor, Wing Lodging Liaison, and Food Service Coordinator.
- →Ensures completion of required administrative duties.
