You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the DIRECTOR MARITIME HEADQUARTERS of OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FACILITY. A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.64% will be added to the stated salary.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as a supervisory program analyst under the Executive Director, Total Force Management, Commander, U.S.
- →Pacific Fleet (COMPACFLT).
- →You will lead the planning and development of the annual COMPACFLT Military and Civilian Manpower POM and submit to Office of the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV) with a focus on Force Commanders and Direct Reporting Commanders.
- →You will visit and consult with planning and programming personnel Navy wide, to solve unusual programmatic problems and bring subordinate commands into compliance with complex, and at times, conflicting policies and regulations.
- →You will provide recommendations on changes to Total Force manpower, budget, and programming issues that develop within the fiscal year.
- →You will provide program assessments that include analysis, impact, and recommended course of action.
- →You will influence all aspects of program management through direct personal involvement in the development, requirement determination, and execution of Total Force Manpower.
- →You will ensure better Fleet alignment via organizational/structural changes in support of agency strategic goals and objectives.
- →You will complete projects relating to broad fleet programming, review and requirement matters, that normally require the collection of a variety of data, interpretation of laws and regulations, and analysis of complex resource requirements.
