This position is in the Bureau of Political-Military Affairs, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, Office of Defense Trade Controls Management (PM/DDTC/DTCM). DTCM serves the Directorate across a wide portfolio of critical programmatic and support functions. What You'll Do
- →As the DDTC Chief Information Officer, develops and implements strategic planning and oversight for information technology systems, programs, planning, management, and contracting activities.
- →Leads strategy and planning efforts for the multifaceted, multiyear financial plan and resources for IT and contracting initiatives.
- →Oversees the development of policies for network administration, computer security, telecommunications, and hardware/software allocation.
- →Represents the Department on interagency working groups to develop IT and other policy initiatives and solutions to issues.
- →Oversees quality assurance and performance of all DDTC IT projects, system updates, and IT security procedures.
